This is a picture of the inside of the Home Service Company taken probably as part of a submission to the New York State Liquor Authority to apply to have a renovation done. What you do not see is the 2 non-selve service walk-in coolers that held mostly cold beer and the deli case, dairy case, produce case, and frozen food-ice cream cases. After renovation, customers could serve themselves from the new self service beer and soda coolers, which we take for granted now, but were a first in the area 50 years ago.
